For the best experience, we strongly encourage advance booking.
You can book a ride by completing our online ride request form or by calling us directly at (248) 302-3798. Once we receive your request, a member of our scheduling team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your trip details.

Yes, we warmly welcome family members and caregivers to accompany our passengers. We understand how important it can be to have a familiar face along for the ride. Please note that we do operate shared-ride (multi-load) trips at times, which means we may not always be able to guarantee additional seating for companions on every trip. We recommend notifying us at the time of booking if you plan to bring someone along so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
